2 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
1 1/2 cups cold vegetable broth
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt or sour cream
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 small garlic clove, minced
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Optional toppings: diced cucumber, chopped tomato, crumbled feta, or extra cilantros
Instructions

In a blender, combine avocados, vegetable broth, yogurt, lime juice, garlic, and cilantro.

Blend until smooth and creamy.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
