Avocado Mango Salsa: A Fresh, Flavorful, and Healthy Dip Recipe

2 ripe avocados, diced
1 ripe mango, diced
1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
1 jalapeño, seeded and minced (optional)
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
Juice of 1 lime
Salt and black pepper, to taste


Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, gently combine avocado, mango, red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro.

  • Add lime juice, then season with salt and pepper to taste.

  • Toss lightly to mix, being careful not to mash the avocado.

 

  • Serve immediately with chips, over grilled chicken, or as a fresh topping for tacos.
