12 slices of bacon, cut in half

Toothpicks (to secure bacon, optional)
Instructions

Preheat Oven:

Set your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a wire rack.

Prepare Jalapeños:

Slice each jalapeño in half lengthwise.

Remove the seeds and membranes for a milder taste (leave some for extra heat).

Make the Filling:

In a bowl, mix cream cheese, shredded cheddar, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika until well combined.

Stuff the Jalapeños:

Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.

Wrap with Bacon:

Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with half a slice of bacon.

Secure with a toothpick if needed.

Oven: Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the bacon is crispy.
