Baked Lemon Salmon Recipe – Easy, Healthy & Flavorful Dinner in 30 Minutes

4 salmon fillets
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano or thyme
Lemon slices, for garnish
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.

  • In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, salt, pepper, and oregano.

  • Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and brush evenly with the lemon mixture.

  • Top each fillet with a lemon slice.

  • Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.

 

  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving if desired.
