Beef and Broccoli Ramen Stir Fry: The Ultimate Guide to a Flavor-Packed Meal

  • Author: Hannah

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz beef sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced

  • 2 packs instant ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)

  • 3 cups broccoli florets

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce

  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar

  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

  • 2 green onions, sliced

  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

Cook Ramen:
Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions (without seasoning packets). Drain and set aside.

Prepare Sauce:
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, and red pepper flakes.

Cook Beef:
Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add sliced beef and cook 3–4 minutes until browned. Remove beef from pan and set aside.

Cook Broccoli:
Add remaining 1 tablespoon oil to the pan. Add garlic and ginger; sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add broccoli florets and stir-fry for 4–5 minutes until tender-crisp.

Combine:
Return beef to the pan. Add cooked ramen noodles and sauce mixture. Toss everything together and cook for another 2 minutes, allowing flavors to combine and heat through.

Serve:
Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds if desired. Serve hot!
