1/3 cup almond butter (or nut/seed butter of choice)
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
1/3 cup dried blueberries
1/4 cup ground flaxseed or chia seeds
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Mix Ingredients:

In a medium bowl, combine oats, shredded coconut, dried blueberries, flaxseed, and salt.

Add almond butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until fully mixed and sticky.

Refrigerate the mixture for 15–20 minutes to make rolling easier.

Roll into 1-inch balls using your hands. If desired, roll each ball in extra shredded coconut for a finishing touch.
