1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line or grease a muffin tin.

Blend wet ingredients: In a blender or bowl, mix cottage cheese, eggs, honey, milk, and vanilla until smooth.

Add dry ingredients: Stir in oat flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix until just combined.

Fold in blueberries: Gently stir in blueberries without overmixing.

Fill muffin cups: Divide the batter evenly among 10–12 muffin cups.

Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
