Buffalo Chicken Bombs Recipe – The Ultimate Comfort Food Snack

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken

  • 1/2 cup Buffalo sauce

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 2 tbsp green onions, chopped

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)

  • 2 tbsp melted butter

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • Ranch or blue cheese dressing (for dipping)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, Buffalo sauce, cream cheese, mozzarella, cheddar, and green onions until well combined.

  3. Flatten each biscuit and place a spoonful of chicken mixture in the center. Fold edges over and pinch to seal into a ball.

  4. Place seam-side down on a greased baking sheet.

  5. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder.

  6. Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown.

  7. Serve warm with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
