Ingredients

2 cups cooked shredded chicken

1/2 cup Buffalo sauce

4 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

2 tbsp green onions, chopped

1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)

2 tbsp melted butter

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Ranch or blue cheese dressing (for dipping)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, Buffalo sauce, cream cheese, mozzarella, cheddar, and green onions until well combined.

Flatten each biscuit and place a spoonful of chicken mixture in the center. Fold edges over and pinch to seal into a ball.

Place seam-side down on a greased baking sheet.

Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder.

Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown.

Serve warm with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
