  • 1 large flour tortilla (burrito-size)

  • 23 slices deli turkey breast

  • 2 slices cooked bacon

  • 23 slices ripe avocado

  • 2 slices tomato

  • Handful of lettuce or baby spinach

  • 1 slice cheddar or provolone cheese (optional)

  • 12 tbsp mayonnaise (or ranch dressing)

  • Salt & black pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Warm the Tortilla:

    • Slightly warm your tortilla in a dry skillet or microwave for 10–15 seconds to make it more pliable.

  2. Spread the Mayo:

    • Spread mayonnaise (or ranch) evenly over the center of the tortilla.

  3. Layer the Ingredients:

    • Start with lettuce, then layer on turkey, cheese, bacon, tomato slices, and avocado. Sprinkle with a bit of salt and pepper.

  4. Wrap It Up:

    • Fold the sides in, then roll tightly from the bottom up into a wrap.

  5. Slice & Serve:

    • Slice in half diagonally and enjoy immediately, or wrap tightly in foil or parchment paper for on-the-go meals.
