Ingredients
½ lb ground beef
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon paprika
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can (8-count) refrigerated crescent roll dough
¼ cup marinara or taco sauce (optional, for dipping)
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1 teaspoon parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Prepare the Beef:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika until browned. Drain excess fat and remove from heat.
Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted and well combined.
Assemble the Roll-Ups:
Unroll the crescent dough and separate into individual triangles.
Place a spoonful of the beef mixture onto the wider end of each triangle.
Roll up each triangle from the wide end to the point, enclosing the filling.
Bake:
Place roll-ups on the prepared baking sheet. Brush with melted butter.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve:
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with marinara or taco sauce for dipping.
