Instructions
-
Cook the Beef Filling:
-
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 6–8 minutes.

Add chopped onion and garlic, cooking until softened, about 2–3 minutes.
-
Stir in Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Add the Cheese:
-
Once the beef mixture is slightly cooled, stir in the mozzarella and cheddar cheese until evenly combined.

Prepare the Dough:
-
Roll out the pizza or French bread dough on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle (about 10×14 inches).
-
Spoon the beef and cheese mixture down the center of the dough lengthwise.

Roll It Up:
-
Fold the sides over the filling, then roll up like a jelly roll, pinching the seams to seal.
-
Place seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
-
-
Bake:
-
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
-
Brush the top with olive oil or melted butter.

Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
