  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1 small onion, diced

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 2 cups cooked rice

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)

  • 1/2 tsp paprika

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13 baking dish.

  • In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.

  • Stir in garlic, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook 1 more minute.

  • In a large bowl, mix cream of mushroom, cream of chicken, sour cream, rice, beef mixture, and 1 cup cheddar cheese.

  • Spread mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.

  • Top with remaining cheddar cheese.

  • Bake for 25–30 minutes until hot and bubbly.

  • Garnish with parsley before serving.
