Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 small onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 cup sour cream

2 cups cooked rice

1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)

1/2 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Salt & pepper, to taste

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13 baking dish.

In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.

Stir in garlic, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook 1 more minute.

In a large bowl, mix cream of mushroom, cream of chicken, sour cream, rice, beef mixture, and 1 cup cheddar cheese.

Spread mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.

Top with remaining cheddar cheese.

Bake for 25–30 minutes until hot and bubbly.

Garnish with parsley before serving.
