1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough (8 oz)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon or cooked sausage (optional)

1/4 cup diced bell peppers (optional)

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
Preheat Oven:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare Dough:
Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles.
Add Filling:
Place a mix of mozzarella, cheddar, bacon/sausage, and bell peppers in the center of each triangle. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
Form Pockets:
Fold dough over filling, sealing edges tightly by pressing with a fork.
Egg Wash:
Brush each pocket with beaten egg for a golden finish.
Bake:
Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted inside.
Serve:
Let cool slightly before serving warm.
