1 can (8 oz) crescent roll dough
1/2 lb sausage (Italian or breakfast sausage), cooked and crumbled
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
1 tbsp olive oil (for brushing)

Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it. -
Prepare the Filling:
In a medium bowl, combine the cooked sausage, shredded mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, and chopped parsley (if using). Mix well to combine. -
Assemble the Rolls:
Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into individual triangles. Place a spoonful of the sausage and cheese mixture at the wide end of each triangle. -
Roll the Dough:
Starting from the wide end, roll the dough up around the filling, pinching the edges to seal them tightly. -
Brush with Egg Wash:
Place the stuffed crescent rolls on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops of each roll with the beaten egg for a golden, glossy finish. -
Bake the Rolls:
