Ingredients
1 lb elbow macaroni
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 cup bacon, cooked and chopped
3 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
2 cups milk
1 cup heavy cream
3 tbsp butter
3 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 packet ranch dressing mix
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook the macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour until smooth, about 2 minutes.
Gradually add milk and cream, stirring continuously until thickened.
Stir in ranch dressing mix, salt, and pepper.
Add cheddar and Parmesan cheese to the sauce, stirring until melted and smooth.
Combine cooked macaroni, shredded chicken, and chopped bacon in a large bowl. Pour the cheese sauce over and mix well.
Transfer to a baking dish and bake at 375°F for 20 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
