Ingredients
4 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed
8 oz chicken ham, chopped
2 cups Swiss cheese, shredded
1 cup heavy cream
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp butter
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a 9×13-inch casserole dish with butter.
Layer the cooked chicken at the bottom of the dish.
Spread the chopped chicken ham evenly over the chicken.
In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat. Stir in the Dijon mustard until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Pour the creamy sauce evenly over the chicken and ham.
Top with shredded Swiss cheese and Parmesan.
If using, sprinkle breadcrumbs over the cheese layer for a crunchy topping.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbling and golden brown on top.
