Ingredients

1 ½ lbs ground chicken

1 cup breadcrumbs (plain or Italian)

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 egg, beaten

1/4 cup milk

2 tbsp ketchup (plus more for topping)

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1/2 tsp paprika

Salt & pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a loaf pan or line with parchment.

In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, onion, garlic, egg, milk, ketchup, Worcestershire, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Mix until just combined (do not overmix).

Transfer mixture into the loaf pan and shape into a loaf.

Spread a thin layer of ketchup on top for a glaze.

Bake for 45–55 minutes, until cooked through and golden.

Let rest 5 minutes before slicing. Garnish with parsley and serve!
