🍝 8 oz pasta (penne, rotini, or any short pasta)

🌭 4 chicken sausages (sliced into rounds)

🫒 2 tablespoons olive oil

🧄 3 cloves garlic (minced)

🥒 2 small zucchinis (sliced into half-moons)

🍅 1 pint cherry tomatoes (halved)

🌿 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

🧂 Salt & black pepper to taste

🌱 1/4 cup fresh basil or parsley (chopped)

🧀 Optional: grated Parmesan for topping
Instructions

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken sausage slices and cook for 4–5 minutes until browned and cooked through.

Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds, then stir in zucchini. Sauté for about 5 minutes until zucchini softens.

Toss in cherry tomatoes and cook another 3–4 minutes, until they begin to burst. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss everything together. Heat through for 1–2 minutes.

Sprinkle with fresh herbs and Parmesan if desired. Serve hot and enjoy!
