1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon lime zest
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
Lime wedges, for serving
Wooden or metal skewers
Instructions

In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, lime zest, garlic, cilantro, cumin, salt, and pepper.

Add shrimp to the marinade, toss to coat, and refrigerate for 15–30 minutes.

Thread shrimp onto skewers.

Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

Grill shrimp skewers for 2–3 minutes per side, or until shrimp are pink and opaque.

Serve hot with lime wedges.
