Cilantro Lime Shrimp Skewers Recipe | Fresh, Grilled, and Zesty Seafood Delight

Ingredients

1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon lime zest
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
Lime wedges, for serving
Wooden or metal skewers


Instructions

  • In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, lime zest, garlic, cilantro, cumin, salt, and pepper.

  • Add shrimp to the marinade, toss to coat, and refrigerate for 15–30 minutes.

  • Thread shrimp onto skewers.

  • Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

  • Grill shrimp skewers for 2–3 minutes per side, or until shrimp are pink and opaque.

 

  • Serve hot with lime wedges.
