🍌 2 ripe but firm bananas (sliced thinly)

🛢️ 1 tablespoon coconut oil or olive oil (melted)

🍬 1 tablespoon granulated sugar (or coconut sugar)

🌰 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

🧂 Pinch of salt
Instructions

Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).

Slice bananas into thin, even rounds (about 1/8 inch thick). Try to keep them uniform for even crisping.

In a bowl, mix sugar, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.

Brush banana slices with melted oil, then toss or sprinkle with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.

Arrange slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket (work in batches if needed).

Air fry for 8–12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and lightly crisp. Keep an eye on them to avoid burning.

Cool on a wire rack — they’ll crisp up more as they cool!
