Cold Imitation Crab Dip – Creamy, Flavorful & Easy Recipe

For the Dip:

8 oz imitation crab meat, chopped

8 oz cream cheese, softened

½ cup sour cream

¼ cup mayonnaise

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp Old Bay seasoning (optional)

2 green onions, finely chopped

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Salt & pepper to taste

Garnishes:

Paprika

Extra green onions


Instructions

Prepare the Dip:

 

In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.

Add lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, and Old Bay seasoning. Mix until combined.

Gently fold in chopped imitation crab, green onions, and parsley.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Chill:

5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.

 

Serve:

6. Garnish with paprika and green onions before serving.

7. Serve with crackers, pita chips, or fresh veggies.
