2 cups cooked, shredded chicken

1 cup canned corn, drained

1/2 cup diced red bell pepper

1/4 cup chopped red onion

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon lime juice

1/2 teaspoon cumin

Salt and pepper, to taste

4 large flour tortillas

Fresh lettuce leaves
Instructions
Mix Filling:
In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, corn, red bell pepper, red onion, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, lime juice, cumin, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
Warm Tortillas:
Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave until soft and pliable.
Assemble Wraps:
Place a few lettuce leaves on each tortilla. Spoon the chicken and corn mixture evenly onto the center of each tortilla.
Wrap:
Fold in the sides and roll tightly to form wraps.
Serve:
Cut in half and serve immediately, or wrap tightly in foil for later.
