These Crack Chicken Sliders are loaded with shredded chicken, bacon, and creamy cheese. The ultimate crowd-pleaser for game days or family gatherings!
Ingredients
12 slider buns
3 cups cooked chicken, shredded
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
½ cup green onions, chopped
6 tbsp butter, melted
1 tbsp ranch seasoning (for topping)
1 tbsp dried parsley (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch seasoning mix, cheddar cheese, bacon, and green onions until fully combined.
Slice the slider buns in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in the prepared baking dish.
Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the bottom half of the buns, then place the top halves of the buns over the filling.
In a small bowl, mix melted butter with 1 tbsp ranch seasoning and dried parsley (if using). Brush the butter mixture over the top of the sliders.
Cover the dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and crispy.
