Ingredients

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced or cubed

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 cups heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

8 oz pasta (penne, fettuccine, or your choice)

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper, to taste

Optional: chopped parsley or fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
Cook Pasta:
Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Cook Chicken:
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, and cook until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Make Garlic Parmesan Sauce:
In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
Combine:
Return chicken to the skillet, followed by the cooked pasta. Stir in mozzarella cheese and mix until everything is coated in the creamy sauce and cheese is melted.
Serve:
Garnish with chopped parsley or basil. Serve hot for a rich, cheesy, and comforting garlic Parmesan chicken pasta dish!
