Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed

1 package (20 oz) cheese tortellini (fresh or frozen)

2 tbsp butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup chicken broth

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Salt & pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Cook tortellini according to package directions; drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, then stir in Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Add shredded chicken and cooked tortellini into the sauce. Mix well.

Stir in mozzarella cheese until melted and creamy.

Simmer for 3–4 minutes until sauce thickens.

Garnish with parsley and a sprinkle of Parmesan.
