1 cup dill pickle slices (drained and patted dry)

½ cup all-purpose flour

1 egg, beaten

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp paprika

Cooking spray
Instructions

Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

Dredge pickles in flour, dip in egg, then coat with panko + spices.

Place in air fryer basket in a single layer.

Spray lightly with cooking spray.

Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
