Ingredients
For the Chicken Bites:

500 g chicken breast (cut into bite-sized pieces)

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 egg (beaten)

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

3 tbsp olive oil (for frying)
For the “Crack” Sauce:

½ cup mayonnaise

¼ cup sour cream

¼ cup ranch dressing

½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

3 tbsp cooked bacon (crumbled)

1 tbsp honey
-
½ tsp garlic powder
-
¼ tsp cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)

2 tbsp green onions (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions

Prepare the Chicken Bites:

In a bowl, mix flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.

Dredge the chicken pieces in the flour mixture, dip in the beaten egg, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the chicken until golden brown and crispy (about 3-4 minutes per side). Remove and drain on paper towels.

Make the “Crack” Sauce:

In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, ranch dressing, shredded cheddar, crumbled bacon, honey, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper. Mix well.

Assemble & Serve:

Toss the crispy chicken bites in the sauce or serve the sauce on the side for dipping.
