Crispy Chicken Bites in “Crack” Style: A Perfectly Addictive Snack Recipe

For the Chicken Bites:

  • 500 g chicken breast (cut into bite-sized pieces)

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  • 1 egg (beaten)

  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

  • 3 tbsp olive oil (for frying)

For the “Crack” Sauce:

  • ½ cup mayonnaise

  • ¼ cup sour cream

  • ¼ cup ranch dressing

  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 3 tbsp cooked bacon (crumbled)

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)

  • 2 tbsp green onions (chopped, for garnish)


Instructions

  • Prepare the Chicken Bites:

    • In a bowl, mix flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.

    • Dredge the chicken pieces in the flour mixture, dip in the beaten egg, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.

    • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the chicken until golden brown and crispy (about 3-4 minutes per side). Remove and drain on paper towels.

  • Make the “Crack” Sauce:

    • In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, ranch dressing, shredded cheddar, crumbled bacon, honey, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper. Mix well.

 

  • Assemble & Serve:

    • Toss the crispy chicken bites in the sauce or serve the sauce on the side for dipping.

    • Garnish with chopped green onions and extra bacon crumbles.
