Ingredients
1 can (450 g) refrigerated biscuit dough, cut into quarters
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
Prepare the Dough
In a large bowl, toss the biscuit dough pieces with melted butter, garlic, salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese until evenly coated.
Cook in the Crockpot
Lightly grease the crockpot with nonstick spray or line it with parchment paper. Place the coated biscuit dough inside. Cover and cook on LOW for 2–3 hours or until golden brown and cooked through.
Finish and Serve
Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving. Serve warm as a side dish or appetizer.
