Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1 1/2 cups Doritos chips (any flavor), crushed
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a bowl, mix cream cheese, crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar, and ranch seasoning until well combined.

Using a sharp knife, create a pocket in each chicken breast by slicing horizontally through the center, but not all the way through.

Stuff each chicken breast with the cream cheese and bacon mixture. Secure with toothpicks if needed.

Crush the Doritos into small pieces and place in a shallow dish.

Dip each stuffed chicken breast into olive oil, then coat in the crushed Doritos, pressing gently to ensure they stick.

Place the coated chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and season with salt and pepper.

Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the Doritos are crispy.
