Crunchy Doritos Chicken Stuffed with Bacon & Cream Cheese – A Deliciously Easy Recipe

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1 1/2 cups Doritos chips (any flavor), crushed
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese, crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar, and ranch seasoning until well combined.

  • Using a sharp knife, create a pocket in each chicken breast by slicing horizontally through the center, but not all the way through.

  • Stuff each chicken breast with the cream cheese and bacon mixture. Secure with toothpicks if needed.

  • Crush the Doritos into small pieces and place in a shallow dish.

  • Dip each stuffed chicken breast into olive oil, then coat in the crushed Doritos, pressing gently to ensure they stick.

  • Place the coated chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and season with salt and pepper.

  • Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the Doritos are crispy.

 

  • Remove toothpicks before serving.
