  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1 cup frozen or fresh peach slices

  • ½ cup Greek yogurt (or any yogurt of choice)

  • ½ cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)

  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • ½ cup ice cubes (if using fresh peaches)


Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender.

  • Blend until smooth and creamy.

  • Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding honey or maple syrup.

 

  • Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
