12 oz rotini or penne pasta

1 ½ cups cooked chicken breast (diced)

6 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled)

1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)

1 cup romaine lettuce (chopped)

½ cup cheddar cheese (shredded)

½ cup red onion (thinly sliced)

½ cup cucumber (diced)

½ cup avocado (diced, optional)
For the Dressing:

½ cup mayonnaise

¼ cup Greek yogurt or sour cream

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp garlic powder

½ tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper
Instructions

Cook the Pasta:

Boil pasta in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.

In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
