Delicious Garlic Bread Steak Bites Recipe: Perfect Appetizer or Dinner

  • Author: Hannah

Ingredients

Scale

1 lb steak (ribeye or sirloin), cut into bite-sized cubes
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp unsalted butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper to taste
1 baguette or 4 slices of crusty bread

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the baguette into 1-inch thick pieces and place on a baking sheet. Toast in the oven for 5–7 minutes until golden and crispy.

Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak cubes with salt and pepper, then cook for 3–4 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked to your desired level of doneness. Remove steak from skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes (if using), and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Return the steak bites to the skillet, tossing them in the garlic butter until well coated.

Top each toasted bread slice with a few steak bites, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve immediately.
