Ingredients
6 large eggs
3 tablespoons ranch dressing
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (or use more ranch if preferred)
Paprika or chopped chives, for garnish (optional)

Boil the Eggs: Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then cover, turn off heat, and let sit for 10–12 minutes. Drain and cool under cold water. Peel the eggs.

Make the Filling: Slice eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolks. Place yolks in a bowl and mash with a fork. Add ranch dressing and mustard (or more ranch if using only 3 ingredients). Mix until smooth.

Fill the Eggs: Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg whites.

Serve: Garnish with paprika or chives if desired. Chill until ready to serve.
