Ingredients
250g pasta (such as penne or fettuccine)
1 package (150g) Boursin cheese (Garlic & Herbs or preferred flavor)
1 cup heavy cream or milk
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp olive oil or butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley or basil for garnish
Instructions
Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water and drain the rest.
In a large pan, heat olive oil or butter over medium heat and sauté minced garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Reduce heat to low and add Boursin cheese, stirring until it starts to melt. Pour in heavy cream or milk and mix until smooth.
Stir in Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper. If the sauce is too thick, gradually add reserved pasta water until desired consistency is reached.
Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
Garnish with fresh parsley or basil and serve warm.
