- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup milk
- 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 (15 oz) can corn, drained (or 1 ½ cups frozen corn)
- 1 (30 oz) bag frozen tater tots
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- ½ tsp smoked paprika (optional)
- Salt and black pepper (to taste)
Instructions

Preheat & Prepare:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Cook the Beef Mixture:
- In a large skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until beef is browned.
- Add garlic and cook for 1 more minute.
- Drain excess fat.

Mix the Casserole Filling:
- Stir in cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, milk, diced tomatoes, 1 cup cheddar cheese, corn, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well and let simmer for 2 minutes.

Assemble the Casserole:
- Spread the beef mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- Arrange frozen tater tots on top in a single layer.

Bake & Serve:
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and tater tots are golden brown.
- Sprinkle remaining ½ cup cheddar cheese over the top and bake for an additional 5 minutes until melted.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
