  • – 2 cups fresh peaches, peeled and diced

  • – 1/2 cup milk

  • – 1 large egg

Instructions

  • Prepare Batter:
    In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.

  • Mix Wet Ingredients:
    In another bowl, beat milk, egg, and vanilla extract until combined.

  • Combine:
    Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Gently fold in the diced peaches.

  • Heat Oil:
    Heat about 2 inches of vegetable oil in a deep skillet or pot over medium heat to 350°F (175°C).
