English Muffin Breakfast Pizza Recipe – A Quick and Delicious Morning Meal

4 English muffins, split in half

4 eggs

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

1/2 cup breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled

1/4 cup diced bell peppers

1/4 cup diced onions

1/4 cup chopped tomatoes

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tbsp olive oil

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)


Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Place the English muffin halves on a baking sheet and lightly brush with olive oil.

In a bowl, whisk the eggs with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Scramble in a skillet over medium heat until just set.

Spoon the scrambled eggs evenly over each muffin half.

Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the eggs.

Add crumbled bacon, sausage, bell peppers, onions, and tomatoes on top.

Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove from oven, garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve warm.
