Ingredients

2 cups plain or vanilla Greek yogurt (full-fat for creaminess)

2–3 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)

1 tsp vanilla extract (if using plain yogurt)

½ cup sliced strawberries

½ cup blueberries

¼ cup granola (optional for crunch)

2 tbsp mini chocolate chips or coconut flakes (optional)
Instructions
1. Line a Pan:

Line a baking sheet or shallow pan with parchment paper (9×13 works great).
2. Sweeten the Yogurt:

In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with honey (or syrup) and vanilla if using.
3. Spread the Yogurt:

Pour the yogurt onto the parchment and spread evenly to about ½ inch thick.
4. Top It Off:

Sprinkle fruit, granola, chocolate chips, and any desired toppings evenly across the surface.
5. Freeze:

Place in the freezer for at least 4 hours, or until fully solid.
6. Break into Pieces:

Once frozen, remove and break into bark-style chunks.
