Ingredients
For the Steak Tips:

🥩 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak (cut into bite-size pieces)

🧂 Salt & black pepper (to taste)

🧄 4 cloves garlic (minced)

🧈 3 tablespoons butter

🌿 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped)

🫒 1 tablespoon olive oil
For the Cheesy Rigatoni:

🍝 12 oz rigatoni pasta

🧈 2 tablespoons butter
-
🌾 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
-
🥛 1 1/2 cups milk
-
🧀 1 cup shredded mozzarella
-
🧀 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

🧂 Salt & pepper to taste
-
🌶 Optional: pinch of red pepper flakes
Instructions

Cook pasta: Boil rigatoni according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

Sear steak tips: Season steak with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat. Sear steak tips for 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.

Make garlic butter: In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium. Add butter and garlic. Sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant. Return steak to pan, toss to coat in garlic butter. Sprinkle with parsley.

Make cheese sauce: In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour and cook 1 minute. Gradually whisk in milk until smooth. Simmer until thickened. Stir in mozzarella and Parmesan. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.

Combine: Toss rigatoni with cheese sauce. Serve topped with garlic butter steak tips and a sprinkle of parsley or extra Parmesan.
