Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1 tablespoon olive oil

4 slices mozzarella or provolone cheese

1–2 ripe avocados, sliced

1–2 tomatoes, sliced
-
4 slices cooked bacon (optional, but recommended)

Fresh basil or parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Season chicken on both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

Brush with olive oil, then grill chicken for 6–7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked (internal temp of 165°F).

Top each piece with a slice of cheese during the last minute of grilling. Cover grill to melt cheese.

Remove chicken from the grill and immediately top with sliced avocado, tomato, and cooked bacon.

Garnish with chopped basil or parsley if desired.

Serve hot with salad, rice, or grilled veggies.
