Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad Recipe – Healthy, Quick & Delicious

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 large head romaine lettuce, chopped
1/2 cup Caesar dressing
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup croutons
Optional: lemon wedges for serving


Instructions

  • Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

  • Rub chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  • Grill chicken for 5–6 minutes per side, or until cooked through and juices run clear. Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice.

  • In a large bowl, toss romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing.

  • Top with grilled chicken slices, Parmesan cheese, and croutons.

 

  • Serve with lemon wedges if desired.
