2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 large head romaine lettuce, chopped
1/2 cup Caesar dressing
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup croutons
Optional: lemon wedges for serving
Instructions

Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

Rub chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Grill chicken for 5–6 minutes per side, or until cooked through and juices run clear. Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice.

In a large bowl, toss romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing.

Top with grilled chicken slices, Parmesan cheese, and croutons.
