2 chicken breasts, cubed

2 fresh peaches, sliced into chunks

1 red onion, cut into chunks

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp honey

1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Salt & pepper to taste

Fresh rosemary or thyme (optional)
Instructions

In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.

Add chicken cubes and let marinate for 30 minutes.

Thread chicken, peach slices, and onion onto skewers.

Grill over medium heat for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through.

Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
