Ingredients
For the Shrimp:
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Juice of 1 lime
For the Mango Salsa:
1 ripe mango, diced
1/2 red bell pepper, diced
1/4 red onion, finely chopped
1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
Juice of 1 lime
Salt to taste
For Assembly:
8 small corn or flour tortillas
1/2 cup shredded cabbage or lettuce
Optional: sour cream, avocado slices, or hot sauce
Instructions

Toss shrimp with olive oil, spices, salt, pepper, and lime juice. Let marinate for 10–15 minutes.

Grill shrimp over medium-high heat for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.

In a bowl, combine mango salsa ingredients and mix gently.

Warm tortillas, then layer with cabbage, grilled shrimp, and mango salsa.

Top with your favorite extras and serve immediately.
