Herb-Crusted Grilled Chicken: A Flavorful and Healthy Grilled Delight

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Fresh lemon wedges, for serving (optional)


Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, oregano, salt, and pepper.

  • Rub chicken breasts with olive oil, then coat evenly with the herb mixture.

  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

  • Grill chicken for 5–7 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

 

  • Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve with lemon wedges if desired.
