Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Fresh lemon wedges, for serving (optional)
Instructions

In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, oregano, salt, and pepper.

Rub chicken breasts with olive oil, then coat evenly with the herb mixture.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Grill chicken for 5–7 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve with lemon wedges if desired.
