Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 medium onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1/2 cup milk

3 cups frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn, green beans)

3 cups frozen tater tots

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1/2 tsp paprika

Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13 baking dish.

In a skillet, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until beef is browned. Drain excess fat.

Stir in cream of mushroom soup, milk, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Add frozen mixed vegetables and combine.

Spread mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.

Arrange tater tots in a single layer on top.

Bake for 30–35 minutes until hot and bubbly.

Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top and bake an additional 5 minutes until melted.
