Ingredients
For the Dough (or use store-bought pizza dough):

2 ¼ tsp (1 packet) active dry yeast

1 cup warm water (about 110°F / 45°C)

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon sugar
-
1 teaspoon salt
-
2 ½–3 cups all-purpose flour
For the Topping:

2 tablespoons melted butter
-
2 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
-
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
-
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning or dried oregano
-
Optional: pinch of red pepper flakes
Instructions
1. Make the Dough:

In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy.

Add olive oil, salt, and 2 ½ cups flour. Mix and knead for 5–7 minutes (add more flour if sticky) until soft and elastic.

Cover and let rise in a warm place for 45–60 minutes, until doubled in size.
Shortcut: Use store-bought pizza dough to save time!
2. Preheat and Prep:

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

Line a baking sheet or pizza stone with parchment paper.
3. Shape the Dough:

Roll out the dough into a rectangle or oval about ½ inch thick.

Place it on the prepared baking sheet.
4. Add Cheesy Topping:

In a small bowl, combine melted butter and minced garlic. Brush over dough.

Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan evenly over the top.

Add Italian seasoning and optional red pepper flakes.
5. Bake:

Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.

Let cool for a few minutes before slicing into strips with a pizza cutter or sharp knife.
