Ingredients

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts (cut into bite-sized pieces)

½ cup all-purpose flour (for coating)

½ tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

2 tbsp butter

1 tbsp olive oil

4 cloves garlic (minced)

¼ cup honey
-
2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp lemon juice
-
½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions

Prepare the Chicken:

In a bowl, toss the chicken pieces with flour, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

Cook the Chicken:

Heat olive oil and 1 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through.

Remove chicken from the pan and set aside.

Make the Sauce:

In the same pan, melt the remaining 1 tbsp butter.

Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Stir in honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes.

Let the sauce simmer for 1-2 minutes until slightly thickened.

Combine & Serve:

Return the chicken to the pan and toss to coat in the sauce.

Cook for another minute until everything is well coated.

Garnish with fresh parsley and sesame seeds.
