-
1 tsp sesame oil (optional, for extra flavor)
-
½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
-
Salt and pepper, to taste

Sesame seeds & chopped green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
-
Make the Honey Garlic Sauce:
-
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, minced garlic, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes (if using). Set aside.
-
-
Cook the Sausage:
-
In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tbsp olive oil over medium-high heat.
-
Add the sliced sausage and cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned.
-
Remove the sausage and set aside.
-
-
Cook the Broccoli:
-
In the same skillet, add another 1 tbsp olive oil if needed.
-
Add the broccoli florets and sauté for 3-4 minutes, until crisp-tender.
-
You can add a splash of water and cover the pan for 1 minute to help steam the broccoli.
-
-
Sear the Shrimp:
-
Push the broccoli to the side of the skillet and add the shrimp.
-
Season with a little salt and pepper, and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and opaque.
-
-
Combine Everything:
-
Return the sausage to the skillet and pour the honey garlic sauce over everything.
-
Toss to combine and cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken and coat all ingredients.
-
-
Serve:
-
Serve hot over steamed rice and garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions if desired.
