4 boneless chicken thighs (or breasts)

½ cup pineapple juice

¼ cup soy sauce

¼ cup brown sugar

2 tbsp ketchup

1 tbsp rice vinegar

1 tbsp minced garlic

1 tsp grated ginger
Instructions

In a bowl, mix pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, vinegar, garlic, and ginger.

Marinate chicken in the mixture for at least 2 hours (overnight for best flavor).

Grill over medium heat for 5–7 minutes per side, basting with extra marinade.

Serve with rice and grilled pineapple.
