2 tbsp unsalted butter

2 tbsp honey

1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened and cubed

1 bag (16 oz) frozen corn, thawed (or use fresh/canned, drained)

¼ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

Optional: ¼ tsp garlic powder or a pinch of paprika for flavor
Instructions
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and honey together until smooth and bubbly.
Add the cubed cream cheese and stir until melted and combined with the honey-butter mixture.
Add the corn and stir well to coat. Cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through and creamy.
Season with salt, pepper, and optional spices. Serve warm straight from the skillet!
