Irresistible Honey Butter Skillet Corn Recipe

  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened and cubed

  • 1 bag (16 oz) frozen corn, thawed (or use fresh/canned, drained)

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  • Optional: ¼ tsp garlic powder or a pinch of paprika for flavor


Instructions

1. Melt Butter & Honey

In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and honey together until smooth and bubbly.

2. Add Cream Cheese

Add the cubed cream cheese and stir until melted and combined with the honey-butter mixture.

3. Stir in Corn

Add the corn and stir well to coat. Cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through and creamy.

4. Season & Serve

Season with salt, pepper, and optional spices. Serve warm straight from the skillet!
